Fences
Who is responsible for the cost of erecting a fence between two properties when one landowner wants and needs the fence for livestock and other animals and the other landowner has no want or need for a fence?

Absent any other information, my answer would be that there is generally no "obligation" to build a fence of any kind--hence the person who wants it should pay the bill.
