"How long do I have when court forecloses on my home?" If the orders for foreclosure and possession have already been entered, then you have only as long as it takes for the plaintiff to get the sheriff out with a writ of eviction. Usually, there is a notice from the attorney for the plaintiff and from the sheriff about this.
