Foreclosure

My home was foreclosed on in Indiana last year.

What liablity will I have going forward?

You are legally responsible for the diiference between what your house sells for and the actual judgment for foreclosure plus expenses of sale. However, form a practical standpoint, if there is a difference, the lenders rarely seek to obtain that amount from the former homeowner.
