Foreclosure

My home is going to Sheriff sale and I need to know how long I have to get out before the sale? Do I have up to the sale or do I have less time? They have not set the sale date yet.

You don't have to leave until the Sheriff serves you with a notice to vacate. Which could be several weeks after the sheriff's sale.
