Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
Good afternoon, I have a question regarding property that my grandmother owned. My grandmother is now deceased. I was awarded money from a law suit from the mortgage ompany that wrongfully foreclosed on her property after she died. I have been told that her property was suppose to go the next of kin, and should of been included in her estate The property has been sold in a tax sale. What steps should be taken to reclaim to this property?

There is a statutory redemption procedure, which is time sensitive. If you wish to redeem the property, the proceedings are best handled with or through an attorney.
