Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
My grandmother passed away and in her will left my brother and I her half of an undivided acreage totaling 27 acres (our half would be 13.5 acres), how do we go about dividing the property from the other land owners?

Do a survey and then see if they will agree to a specific division. If not, you will ahve to file a partition lawsuit.
