Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Hello,

I am in a situation where I had co-signed for my, now, ex-girlfriend's car. She is current on her payments, has been late in the past on many occasions, but not late enough to affect my credit. We haven't been together for 2 years, broke up on good terms, but now she ignores me when I try to contact her about getting her car out of my name. Is there any way, using the court system, to have her either trade her car in, refinance her car, or have her sell the car and refinance the remaining balance of the loan? The few times I do talk to her about it she claims poverty, but I know from her Facebook postings, that she's spending money like it's her job. What can be done legally? Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

James M.
