Home owners associations

How can I stop the organization of a Home Owners Association when I have live here for 30 years without one?

You may be able to do so, depending on other facts that you have not stated. For instance, I am assuming your lot is within a platted subdivision. I would want to review the original declaration that established the subdivision as a starting point. There may be other circumstances that are relevant.
