homed property damages
Are they liable for paying the water and sewer bill charges from the excessive leak? A security company left the crawl space door open exposing my water pipes to frigid temps, which froze and busted. Water filled my crawl space for possibly 3 to 4 hours.

Probably. How ever, the ansewre may depend on how tha security contract is worded. Look for a limitations of damages clause.

You need to call the company to first get names of people who were working that day. Talk with the owner of the company about it. If they will not fix the problem, then you could potentially take them to small claims. Read your receipt or contract to see if there is any disclaimer on there. Even if there is, you may have a claim of neglect from them.
