Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
Our house was included in a since discharged bankruptcy approximately 5 years ago. bank never foreclosed. Although they were informed of our vacating the property 2years ago. Home is now going for tax sale and I'm concerned all the progress my husband and I have made cleaning up the credit (his score is now almost 700) will be lost. We've waited years to be stable and clear enough to purchase another home. Is there any way to save our credit from taking a huge hit?

Not much you can do about it now. Tax sale shouldn't affect your credit.
