I co own a house with an ex both names are on the deed I want to sell the other person does not what can be done?

Assuming the ex is not an ex spouse where a divorce decree covers this situation and depending on how title is worded, you may be bale to sell just your share to someone else.

If not, then you can file a partition lawsuit-the result of which is that you sell and divide the profits if there are any. Good luck.
