Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
I own a house in which a relative is squatting in. I want to retrieve a few personal items - stove, refrigerator, tv cabinet, bunk bed, dresser, and my bathroom vanity, etc. We have no rental agreement, nor does she pay to live there.

The Landlord has reasonable rights of entry. Best way is to reach an agreement with the peson as to when its best for both of you to accomplish this.
