is it against the law when you tell someone that they are financely supported like they have enough money to by a house and but you are really not

If is not true it is fraud. You can go to jail for that and also have to pay damages to the lender.

If you make a false representation of a past or existing fact (that you have money or means to pay or buy the house) and the misrepresentation is relied upon by the other party and they are damaged by it, you may be liable criminally for fraud as well as subjecting yourself to civil liabilty for money damages
