Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

that my husband is three brothers. we live jointly suddenly my husband and his brother died in 2010 and 2012 respectively. his elder brother live in foreign my house premises has four shop three shop rent received by my gotni who is widow one shop giving me to receive rent for my survival. in such circumstances i want to self employed in said tenant shop may i file the eviction suit against the tenant suggest me to legal opinion ?

the answer to your question depends on how the title is to the premises. if the premises were owned by your husband and his two brothers jointly with rights of survivorship then the surviving brother may be the owner and therefore have the rights associated with the property. i really don't know enough of the facts to give you a solid answer. i suggest that you contact a real estate lawyer in your county. if you do not know one the local county bar association would have a referral list. good luck.
