how does my husband and I have an easement changed legally from one location to another on our property. The easement is an ingress egress for our neighbors to access there residents

Contact your neighnors and ask if they will agree. Then, get a legal desciption of the new easement and have an attorney draw up the deed granting the new easement and abollishing the old one. You do not have the right to just "decide" that it will be elsewhere.
