Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
My husband and I have been separated for 3 years. He is renting an apartment and I live in our condominium. The mortgage is in his name only. Recently, our financial circumstances have changed and he is unable to contribute to the monthly mortgage expense. My question is that if the loan goes into default, will I be held financially responsible for the mortgage or the property?
