Indiana property laws
My mother owns 200 tillable acres that my uncle farms for her. He states that he has the right to say how all of her property is used ie. hunting, 4 wheeler riding etc... is this true?

It is true that the person who farms the property can control all access and activities on the property. (There could be exceptions to this, for instance if the landowner had a written agreement with the farmer that specifically reserved certain rights.) Otherwise, how could the farmer prevent some rude four-wheeler from ruining the crop?
