Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

invasion of privacy

my rental contract says the following

entry rights : the agent reserves the right to enter the premises at all reasonable hours for the purpose of inspection and for needed repairs, alternation, or to exhibit the premises to prospective residents or purchasers.

does this mean that they can enter the apartment with or without our permission?

wondering if there is a law that requires them to give us a notice prior to entering our apartment.

thanks.

Re: invasion of privacy

Generally, the landlord cant come in under that clause without notice unless there is a real need for immediate or emergency repairs. I would think that they have to give some prior notice to show the place to prospective renters
