land contract

We entered into a land contract, no money has exchanged hands. the buyer has moved out now what do we do?

You would need to have the land contract reveiwed before anyone can provide you with information that may help you. I suggest that next time, you have an attorney assist you at the beginning. There is no way that you should have allowed the buyer to move in without an exchange of money!
