i have a land contract with owner .he dies and daughter takes over property she hires a property management company do i have to sign a lease with them?

Assuming that your land contract says that it is binding upon the owner's estate, his heirs and successors, you do not have to sign any further papers.

I agree with Mr. Will? However, if no such language is in the agreement, you need to seriously consider hiring an attorney.
