landed contract
back in aug we started a land contract we were not aware the house did not have a workin furnace we put a good some of money trying to get it fixed we were going to purchase the house in Jan and than were told that we cound''nt get it fiance because the house did not have a furnace it makes the house unliveable
we have to children and it is very cold for them are light bill as been
very high and I have had to stay with my parents same we where not aware that the did not have when we stared this or we would have never purchas this house
so what are question is is if we walk away from this could the poepl
who own this sue us we can not afford to pay a light bill and put in a furnace

You have too complicated a problem to rely on an email response. You need to consult with a real lawyer, in person. Ask your county bar association for a referral to someone with experience in real estate law and litigation. You might have a legal remedy against the sellers, and if the sellers sue you for breach of contract you might have a good defense. But there are too many factors to consider, so go to a lawyer right away. Good luck.
