landlord entering premises
My lease states, ''lessee shall permit lessor or lessor's agents to enter the premises at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice for the purpose of inspecting the same. My landlord is selling the house and wants the real estate agent and potential buyers to come in anytime. I work during the day and do not want strangers walking through when I am not there. The house may be his, but everything in it is mine. Can I require the actual owner be present? What is considered reasonable times? What is considered reasonable notice? Does the wording in this clause include a realtor and potential buyers? I work during the day and they keep wanting to come in the house when I am not there, can I require it be during times that I am there? Do I have to let them in if I am not there too?

"Reasonable" is a subjective term. It is reasonable for the landlord to be able to show it and it is reasonable for you to want to have some say in when that is. It does not strike me as unreasonable that you should want to be present, so long as you are reasonably available to be there and fairly open as to when that is.
