late payment charges
Is it true that late charges are not permitted in IN? I live in an apartment complex where I have been assessed what I would call excessive fees for late payments.

Late charges are allowed by law in Indiana if you have agreed to them in your lease-each case is fact sensitive-I would need to see your lease to be able to advise as to whether or not you are being overcharged
