Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
Lawn Care
If not in the lease agreement, but orally stated, is the tenant still responsible for the upkeep (cutting & watering) of the lawn?

Re: Lawn Care
If you reside in an individual unit or a duplex home, it is likely that you are required to care for your lawn. If you live in a residential unit in a building then it is more likely that the landlord cares for the lawn

Re: Lawn Care
If the lease says that it contains all of the terms of the agreement of the parties and cannot be amended except in writing, then you will have aproblem enforcing an oral modification. Otherwise, if it is a single family dwelling, then you may be able to enforce the agreement for the tenant to care for the lawn.
