Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

No lease signed

I rented an apartment in June of 1999. I stayed the whole duration of the lease which was one year. I then moved to a house owned by the same landlord but at a different address. I was not asked to pay a deposit or sign a lease for the new address. Only several repairs were made to the home for damages by the previous tenant's. I am now seeking different housing. My question is as follows: Am I legaly bound to stay in this home? and is the lease still active even though it is a different address but owned by the same landlord?

Re: No lease signed

Your lease was for the original premises. You are on a month to month with the new premises.
