Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I live in an apartment complex; the security office gave a stranger access to my apartment without my permission. the person claimed to be locked out of their apartment and security unlocked the door for them without verifying that they actually lived at the residence. The property management is aware of this; but is TOO BUSY to look into the matter. What can I do in regards to the property management?

Write them a letter and bring the incident to their attention and ask them not to repeat it. If you suffered no loss or damage, you have no claim.
