Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
i live in small town TERRE HAUTE, INDIANA...about an hour drive from main city, INDIANAPOLIS. I GOT SUE FROM YOUR BABY CAN, LLC from CALIFORNIA, THEIR LAWYER SEND ME A LETTER.
i bought dvd (YOUR BABY CAN READ) new thru ebay over $100 for my daughter, 5 month later, i do not need it and try to sell on ebay to get some little money back that i paid for, propect buyer ask me what it read on the front of my dvd, without looking at actual dvd i just assummed and stated: your baby can read, llc but actually in dvd stated just: your baby can, llc base on that propect buyer contact ebay to removed my listing and ebay email me suggest i email your baby can, llc about my item so i did because i try to do the right thing. i bought dvd off on ebay for personal used and i just sell back from my personal property and now your baby can, llc sue me for $919.32 damages and sent me an afidavit that i need to give up my ebay user id, how many dvd i sold, how much many i earn by selling the dvd and what company or person give me the dvd to sell... i am so shock and frighting cause my dvd wasn't even sold cause ebay already took out from the listing, i just try to sell one from my personal collection, how i make money? probably if i am not try to do the right thing by contact that company about my item, i won't get sue for $919.31? help me what should i do? i try to contact ebay but they can not help me? i try to call local lawyer in town to give me advice how to answer the company lawyer who sue me but they won't even take my small claim. i bought this on ebay and i know the seller sold a bunch of to other ebayer as well, but when i try to sell just one from my personal property and they sue me? please help me what should i do cause i can not ignored the letter dateline given to me....
please help desperate mom with this matter, i just need to respond to the letter with legal form .....please

Take a deep breath, calm down, and type your question again. It really does not make any sense as typed. Better yet, take any correspondence you have received to an attorney in your community who can read it and then advise you on what to do.
