Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
i live in a town house and my neighbor who shares the building is infested with roaches. he refuses to do anything, and ive already consulted exterminators. what are my options, legally, that i can take?

If you rent, talk to the landlord. If you own, call the health department, and if the problem is still not solved, consult a alwyer about a nuisance lawsuit.
