Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
making offer on Property
I was living in the property , then
the property was sold to a different
owner. I wanted to purchase the
property and I told the agent that
I had a preapproval letter. He told
me they wanted more. find oout they sold the property for four thousand less. I feel I did not get a
fair deal and the agent did not practice the code of ethics.
