Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
As a married couple, if a husband bought a house in his name only,( prior to his marriage), and can no longer afford to pay the mortgage, is the wife legally responsible to pay the mortgage?

Wife has no responsibility to the bank or mortgage company to pay.
