Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

i was a minor when my father died my room was developed under SRA act, my aunt by fraud taken our flat in her name. two days before i come to know under RTI act that i am a real owner of the said flat. Now i am 25 year old. please answer.

the fraud vitiates all the actions, it is the date of knowledge when you came to know about the fraud you can file a suit for declaration of ownership, cancellation of documents and possession of the property within three years from the date of knowledge
