Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I moved into and house that my sister boyfriend is buying at the time the house was not liviable . i was told we would go have something notarized soon well i have lot o money already invested now he still wont sign legal papers i had made he wants to evict me . its been a yr and ive payed house payment every month is there anything i can file

There is nothing you can "just file" to protect yourself. If you seek payment of money to you, or credit against rent, you need to take the notice of eviction plus any documents the two of you signed and sit down with a lawyer. That is the only way to protect yourself at this point.
