Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
My neighbors and i believe that our local plan commission violated indiana codes and rules of procedure when they recently modified and approved real estate commitments associated with a debelopment plan that was approved nine years ago but never procedurally finalized. The land has no improvements and remains agricultural. Do we have any recourse?

Yes, hire an attorney to look at the specifics in your community and give you an opinion about whether you can remonstrate the local zoning decision.

It might be a little late to do something now. But if you feel that the procedures were faulty, you should have an attorney review it to see if there is any late recourse.
