Owning real property is defined by a land survey. Do property rights in the USA include include air rights? The right to a specified level of altitude above your property?

Owning real property is not defined by a land survey. Ownership is established by deed and the legal description contained therein. Property rights do include air rights to a certain height. If you are planning something specific you need to consult with a property rights attorney.
