Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
I paid cash for a car from a dealer. The dealer bought the car from a lady and his check bounced to her, they filed suit to collect the money from him and put a stop to the title and i can not license it yet. Will I lose my car if he does not settle with the lady? Or is this between them and not me.

You probably need to intervene in the lawsuit and assert your rights as a bonafide purchaser without notice. You should hire local counsel and discuss the situation in person as your submission is a little vague.
