Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I've been paying my in-laws mortgage for 3 years because they can't afford it. It is non-assumable loan. What are my options with regard to somehow getting my money back? They are willing to deed it to us or add our name to the title.

You have a number of options, including those that you mentioned. Make an appointment to discuss this with an attorney who deals with real estate. He can prepare the proper papers for you and have them properly recorded.
