Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
The person who built my house put a fence that goes on to the neighbors property because that neighbor is his father. He lost the house to the bank and now I own it. Now he wants to take down the part that is on his fathers land. It was built in 2003. Is that somehow grandfathered to me now?

No. Any part of the fence that does not actually serve to separate your land from another's, you have no right in.
