Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Hi, I'm having some problems with my apartment complex. I am a first time renter, and they did a great job of falsifying information when I signed my lease. So now I'm dealing with those consequences, but I just feel like there is a policy out there that keeps companies from pulling stunts like these. Any help or advice?
