Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
My property is deeded as 10ac with no +/-. Property next to me was sold and new owner had a survey done. Survey company told him that our properties overlap by 16' at the North end and 24' at his south end, my south border extends and borders another property which apparently we overlap also. All overlapping property is woods. We all are paying taxes on this property. It is approximately .40 acre issue with one neighbor and close to the same with another neighbor. County says it's not Thier problem. What are my options?

Work it out with your neighbor, and then have an attorney prepare a new deed which straightens out the boundaries.
