Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

If I own a property can I have someone evicted even though the person that has my permission to live there says that it's ok for that person to stay? I live in the state of Indiana. Thank you.

Tenants can have other persons living on the property if you haven't set any rules against that. Usually a lease covers that situation. If you don't have a written lease with your tenant, it would be a good idea to put one in place and to address the guest situation.
