Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Property Line

I bought my property (house and land) about three years ago and recently found out that the neighbors garage is right on my property line. They are now saying that I should mow over to the edge of their garage because I own that land. A trivial matter, but isn't their garage supposed to be about 3' off my property?

Whether there is a setback requirement will depend in most cases upon whether there are deed restrictions or a local ordinance that requires such a setback.
