Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
I purchased 6 acres in the country in 2002. There is an easement to an adjoining property on the deed. This easement has not been used or maintained since I move in. The adjoining property has other access that they use and maintain (gravel drive). Can I have this easement removed from the deed for non use? What is the time frame for non use of the easement to have it vacated?

You should talk to your neighbor; they would have to consent to this happening.
