Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
I purchased a home on 4 acres for 190000. Possession at closing per contract. Seller to get furniture and personal belongings. There is a huge pile of driveway stone in yard beside driveway. I was verbally asked if i wished to purchase this stone. I declined. Now 3 weeks later and after closing the stone is still there and seller wants to bring loader and dump truck in my yard to reclaim stone or for me to pay $2000 for the stone. Seller says she will sue. Who does stone belong to?

You need to take the contract to an attorney to answer this question. No attorney can give you an answer based on your summary of what you believe to be important in an internet forum.
It sounds as if you knew all along that the deal did not include the stone. A small claims judge is going to address this issue on the equities unless there is a contract provision that applies.
