Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
I purchased a home in 2008 from ReMax Unlimited. They represented a couple from Iraq. After moving into the home, there have been many problems with the house. We tore down the drywall downstairs because they did not treat the inside of the home as we had agreed upon before closing so we had to take care of it ourselves. After the wall was down, we noticed a huge bulge in the wall. The previous owners had known about it and covered it up with drywall. They did not disclose this to us. Do we have a case to sue the realty company for non-disclosure along with the non-treatment of the termites?

Unless you can prove that the realty company knew of the cover up, no.
