Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
When I purchased my home 3 years ago, the MLS sheet stated that it was on city water and sewer. I found out a couple of days ago that I have a septic tank. Is there anything that can be done since I was provided incorrect information during the purchase process?

Sounds like fraud to me. You need to take all of the transaction papers to an attorney including the MSL listing.
