Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I purchased my house from a bank in 2007. I understood it was a foreclosure and that was sold in "AS IS" condition. The MLS listing stated it was on City sewer but I found out the hard way that is was on a septic system. Before I bought the house, I asked my real esate agent if it was on City sewer and replied with a "Yes". When the house was inspected, the inspector stated that it was on City sewer as well. It is even stated in the inspection report. When I talked to the broker, he stated that he could not do anyhting about it and that he wished we would have the the error sooner. Who is liable for the lie that cost me alot? Do I have a case with anybody? Has it been too long for me to do anything?

You may have cases against both. You may or may not be able to sue at this point. You need to consult with an attorney as there are many questions that he or she would need to ask before being able to give you a definate answer. Good luck.
