Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
I purchased a house from my grandmother in October. The house was in a Trust and the grandmothers daughters are jealous that I bought the house and said that they are going to buy back my house and they have lawyers working on this. Is this possible.

Anything is possible. However, without having the contract or knowing the terms of the trust, or the kind of trust, or whether your grandmother was competent, your question cannot be answered directly.

If there is any question about grandmother's competence, particularly if you did not pay market value for it, you should get the contract into a lawyer in your area and discuss it immediately.
