Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
quit claim deed
I live in Indiana and my mother has a piece of property in Florida that she is wanting to QC over to me. Is there a certain QC form that is needed. (Indiana or Florida Form)

If a form is to be used, you would be best served by using a form from the state where the property is located. However, you should hire an attorney. Most lawyers charge a nominal fee and this way you know that the correct and neccesary information will be included.
