Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

real estate contract issue

I purchased a home almost a year ago and in the contract the seller was suppose to repair or replace a wind damaged roof on an out building. I have been back and forth with the real estate and the seller and nothing has come about. I dont know what to do now. Lien? lawsuit?

You have no lien rights, so file a lawsuit, if under $6000, do so in small claims. Good Luck.
