My daughter bought a house and when she received the title it had a 10 foot easement listed on it which we weren't told about. Now the property behind her house is being cleared off. Do we need an attorney?

Maybe so. It sounds like she may have a claim against her title insurance policy.

Easements are a public record and I am sure a title search was performed and that disclosed the easement. The time for a lawyer was before the closing, not now.
